Anyone got extra tickets to worlds or is going?
Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

It is rigorous coursework. More geared towards people who have been in the field for maybe 3-5 years.
It is SUPER technical. Will teach you a lot but with little applicability in consulting. I’d say it’s more geared towards IEs working in a DC/plant.

It’s all bloody algebra and complex formulae - v v hard
I was part of the first cohort to complete the entire program, including an on campus comprehensive final exam - the coursework was definitely rigorous, but I felt like the content and class support was of such high quality that it was worth the time investment. There are multiple supply chain masters programs that allow the credits to “transfer” (e.g. Arizona State, Ga Tech)
2nd year SC, expecting promo to M this year. Some portions are more useful than others (eg the supply chain analytics class) - I’d ballpark the time investment as 60 weeks @ 10hr/week....something thereabouts, depending on your proficiency with SQL, WolframAlpha, SAS, and other tools utilized throughout.

Have had set me up very well. Do I use the inventory planning equations? No, but knowing how inventory is planned helps me all the time on my engagements
MIT. Crushing it now. V good education
Should mention I kept all the coursework materials (8-10 massive binders with formulas, notes, and problem sets), textbooks, etc and still reference it regularly.
