My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

A good many of my clients would argue Excel is better 😅
Ha ha
It depends.
If you’re small to medium sized and have really basic needs it’s not necessarily the best option.
For large enterprises with complex ecosystems though it’s generally the best
You could not have asked this question at a better time, Gartner just release their 2023 magic quadrant for CRM software 2 days ago - https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/bdm/2023/09/12/microsoft-is-named-a-leader-in-2023-gartner-magic-quadrant-for-sales-force-automation-platforms/
Salesforce and Microsoft are the top 2 closely followed by Oracle
As someone who has used oracle CRM, it should be easy further down the list.
Salesforce is much more than CRM, if someone just wants CRM they don’t have to pay a premium to Salesforce
Not sure you're getting unbiased opinions in here 🤣.
Really though, if you're paying for Salesforce you're paying for the platform, not the CRM.
If you have money to do constant custom development or hire a team, Salesforce is unbeatable
Zoho CRM is a popular alternative to Salesforce because of its affordable plus it's easier to use or you could try another alternative like HubSpot CRM. I'm not 100% sure if they're as good as Salesforce though
Tell me why SFDC is so much better than Dynamics especially with PowerAps. I can tell you based on experience. MS/Power Aps is a much more cost effective solution with lower TCO.
Nah. Check Microsoft Learn. It’s very good. Less eye candy than Trailhead, but instead of wasting space with little puns it has deeper knowledge.
You’re not allowed to ask that question
There’s no “one size fits all”. Depends on the needs of the user. Not everyone needs the robust solution that SF provides. It’s frustrating that sellers still lead with technology instead of asking WHY to solve the prospects’ goals. Thinking beyond the sale, ie retention, is key.
Salesforce is the best, hands down. of course I am biased. but I am also right. Microsoft makes shit products and Oracle is a disaster. You get what you pay for. Salesforce is a notch above anything esp considering what you can do with the platform.
NO
Like NO CRM?
Dynamics
Lol
In the end, It's all about cost.
The best CRM is the one that you actually use.
