Give me a call if you want a beginning salary & have passed your SIE, Series 6 or 7, life & health exams.
You will have the opportunity to achieve all that need & want by helping others.
I have 6,63 and life and health since 2013.
Try a bank. Learn as much as you can and build a book.
I've been in the bank channel for 10 yrs. Initially I wanted to take that route, but things has changed drastically and I rather try other options out there. Thanks for your feedback
Do you have work experience or are you right out of college?
What market are you in. Or send me a chat request. I’m too new to initiate one.

Be careful where you start, and read the fine print. You don’t want to spend the next five years building a book only to find out you have a non-compete. Most of the big firms will start you with a small salary now-days. Look at Raymond James & Associates, and their AMP program. With RJA, you don’t own your book, but if you leave they won’t try to sue you if you follow the protocol rules.
Thank you!
Bank or call experienced independent advisors. We have been debating adding a junior advisor, but don’t want to devote the time.

While the salary cut was rough, I’ve been very happy with the training (and pay!) to get my licenses through Edward Jones. But I was a client for 20 years before becoming an advisor, so I don’t have to worry about switching firms. Hit me up if you have questions, I’m sure others will have advice as well.
I did
Where are you located ?
That's OK. You tried
One of the Cetera divisions has advisors looking for associate advisors in NYC area - completely independent and often a base and opportunity work with an advisor that has a book. Also there is a salaried training program there if looking to build your own book, completely independent, not captive, everyone owns their book. message me if you want an intro to NYC folks I know them well.
Jones will pay you to start
