Is US$400k realistic for JPMorgan ED Credit AWM TC in Dallas?

I was wondering what the ideal TC would be for an Exec Dir AWM Credit & Lending (Risk) would be for a Plano TX location particularly base pay/stock/bonus breakdown? Also, I would like to know why there are lots of vacancies and recent exits within AWM Risk. Are people retiring, leaving or being fired?

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

Could anyone share what the average salary is for mangers and senior managers with in Big Four audit and advisory

I know this isn’t a marriage therapy bowl, but my husband has a really terrible tendency of saying things like “you’re being really mean” and completely shutting down during a disagreement when i objectively am not being mean, just truthful or vocal about how i feel about something. My investing strategy is just to DCA into an S&P 500 index fund and keep buying and holding.
