Also, should I start charging my time to bench wbs code or in L&D development code. I have joined IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT domain for cloud and digital. Which certifications should be beneficial. I have csm at the moment and preparing for PMP. Also, should I get fundamental certifications for azure and azure data?

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?
