Same here. Good sleep, walks, being in nature, going out and travel helps me. No one expects me to be extroverted though, aside from extroverted coworkers asking me to “bring more energy”
Sorry to hear that you feel down. I go through the same things with the wife but I strife every day to have the best day I can .you have a friend here
Are you talking to a therapist at all?
For me, while there’s many things that trigger my depression, I’d say the biggest thing that fixed my life is choosing my relationships more carefully and realizing who I am spending time with. Also, took a break from alcohol as that increased my anxiety. Really helped me understand some folks and family I had to cut out and go very little to no contact with. It’s helped immensely.
