I’ve been in a corporate/internal strategy role for 1.5 years after M7-MBA. I’ve been in a very toxic team and I want to get out. I’ve started looking for jobs and noticed that there are not many consultant/associate level type of roles. My team has demoralized me to the point I don’t think I’m ready for MBB and a friend at MBB said they want to get out too. Any advice on what kind of jobs to look for post this exp of strategy? Feel lost.

Best way to study for AWS cloud practitioner certification? (Not very technical but hoping to learn)

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Is this cert worth it? Or should I try one of the more advanced ones ? The data analytics one for example but wasn’t sure if it would be difficult to get through as a beginner. Will it look good on my resume?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am.
