Any Spotify people here? Noticed there’s an AM role going at the moment in the UK but not sure what experience level it is. For reference I’ve got 6 years in ad sales experience with 3 years management (both in music industry). Would this be comfortable or is it worth holding out for AD?

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone

Super interesting perspective, what do you think it is about the union that is limiting? I live in a right-to-work state where we don't have teachers unions and I feel like everyone is so certain that our education system would be that much better with a union. But then I hear from unionized teachers that it's not all it's cracked up to be. I would say, if you're looking to fully leave education, there are a lot of companies in the edtech (education technology) space that might be interesting to you. They often value the expertise of someone who has taught
Makes sense. It definitely seems true that a union adds a layer of bureaucracy to any job that could present as many challenges as it does benefits. But yes, you're right, I think the grass is always greener. In general I support union politics but do wish they could work more effectively
OP it sounds like you have some really great experience that could transfer over to a lot of different areas. I would highly recommend working with a recruiter to see what kinds of roles they think you could be a good fit for and then working through them to apply.
