I’ve consulted on both the east and west coasts at EY. It feels like there are much stronger consulting “ecosystems” on the east coast than on the west coast. We often joke that the “culture” gets lost in translation in Rockies. Anyone else get this feeling?

Any ideas on planning a quarterly retreat for a startup? Specifically for strategy day and culture. Never planned a quarterly retreat before and is not to sure what it entails. I’ve been told agendas for retreats are very subjective to company but would like some general ideas if anyone has any!

I was an SM2 vested in the pension plan (I worked in DTTL for 7 years ending 2013) and want to find out what my actual benefits will be and at what age.
