I've continued to ask for growth and opportunities to be more strategic in our satellite campus. Traditionally team members at this office have stayed in the same role for 15+ years. In the past I've been advised that the opportunities are limited and snr colleagues will remain in their roles until retirement in 10 years etc. And growth, if possible will be organic. After this last performance review, I've been advised that the only way to grow in the organization is to take on more work load
