I’ve done over 5 interviews for 3 different companies ( Allstate , gm, liberty mutual) and keep getting hit with the they have chosen someone else speech or they tell me to wait to hear back in 2 weeks and deny me. I’ve been a bodily injury claims adjuster for almost 10 years have handle both attorney and not attorney rep claims. Im even still licensed. I’ve put in tons of job applications for remote job and no one has hired me. What am I doing wrong? I’m on month 2 and I need a job.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
