I’ve gone through four rounds of interviews with a company, including a take-home assignment, only to be completely ghosted for three weeks. It is incredibly disrespectful to demand hours of free labor and then not even send an automated rejection email. I’m tempted to post the strategy I wrote for them on LinkedIn just to spite them. How do you guys deal with the emotional burnout of job searching these days?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ?
