Just received an offer from Deloitte (advisory SC, in risk and financial group (gps?)): $152k, $8k sign-on living in DC. Currently $135, but I would have to pay my current company apx 7k to move (payback for TA). DC area, in a highly cleared space. Any recommendations on how to counter or if its worth it?

Lol what? Being a partner isn't anything special
Thank you for the insight. I think I’m just desperate to get out of tech risk and so focusing on the first opportunity to get out.
Counter with 30k and 5k sign on bonus. Never go backwards. They need to make you whole
Also, I am going to assume you’re US based. Countering a 6k pay rise doesn’t work like that for grads in the UK.
You said you make 33k in technology risk. And the partner was offering you24k. How would the Salesforce role be your first gig. Yes, I am American and have been in the Salesforce space for 15 years
I have loved my Salesforce career. 15 years I have made a lot of money. Do what you love. Or try to combine them. Tableau, CRM Analytics and Einstein AI all require a lot of data knowledge.
