I’ve had four interviews this month and not a single one asked me about my actual experience. It was just nonstop hypotheticals and how would you handle this scenario nonsense. It’s frustrating when I’ve led massive budgets, reworked entire forecasting processes, and none of it comes up. I get that soft skills matter, but come on, at least ask me about something I’ve done. Is it weird to want to talk about your real resume in an interview, or has finance fully become a vibes-based hiring system?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
