Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)
Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?

After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I’ve started finding ways to bring in my actual experience, even if they don’t ask. Scenario questions are fine, but context from real results builds more trust.

Came here to say this. I try to answer with the CAR method and always make it about something technical when possible.
Your resume is likely inflated. Experience comes through in how you respond to scenarios. You can’t hide corporate experience and seniority. How you answer shows more than you providing specifics about items on your resume. Conversely have great points about your career that don’t show on your resume so they can then see that your experience is broader than your resume.
Just be confident.
Did they at least have you walk them through your resume?
