I’ve interviewed with Google for several PgM roles over the last 4 months and I was either turned down because of an internal candidate or another candidate. All my recruiters keep telling me my feedback is overall positive and I should continue to look for positions where I see a fit. Am I missing something here? Should I keep interviewing? It’s been a long road and I’m exhausted.

SO and I recently moved to the DC area. We are both new to federal consulting. They have a few interviews this week. When a job description mentions " an understanding of federal contracting vehicles and procedures".
What should they be ready to talk about? CLINs, GSAs, color team reviews etc.? Would anyone have insights on this? Much appreciated!

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?

Recently I applied for the SOC role in IBM. Cleared all the rounds. The HR was offering me 5.7 lpa. I asked for more. HR said she would check and get back. Hasn't replied to my calls since the last 4 days. Should I expect a call?
Current CTC: 4.5 lpa

Hi all! I recently accepted a remote/hybrid RN position to try something new. Majority of my experience is at bedside. The pay is less than bedside (as a traveler), but more than a staff nurse. Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so.
