I've noticed a significant amount of EA positions with "dual" or "multiple" roles. The most recent one I came across is an EA who not only does all calendar and in-box management, expenses, event planning, travel (domestic AND international) with a hint of office operations. I can handle all of this for sure, but the additional duties were processing mortgage paperwork from start to finish. Companies need to stop doing this. Hire two people for two different roles please.

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.
