Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.

Continuing the above, I have 2 offers
1) TCS - 22 LPA (20L fixed + 2L variable) - Pune
2) IBM - 21.4 LPA(19.6L fixed + 1.8L variable) - Bangalore
Pune is desired location but Blr is not. I'm a little skeptical about TCS bench policy since i've heard it's 35 days even for lateral hires. So which one should i chose ?
Also I have only been in 1 client interview till now for PwC India where I didn't make it. I am an Azure Data Engineer with total 5.3 yoe with 4 yoe as relevant experience.
Please let me know if someone has faced this issue like PwC India manager not accepting resignation ? If yes, what steps to take next ?
I really don't wanna be in this company anymore, I'm not sure what's going on with the clients, they're backing off and also just sitting idle since 4 months + on bench was getting me scared of layoff.
Also I don't wanna be unutilized for such a long period it could hamper my growth is what I think.
As per the policy, you will have to serve the entire notice period however you can still get an early release since you don’t have any projects but that should be approved by your reporting manager and your respective line of partner/director only then the HR can initiate an early release.
In case you’ve a project, your project manager’s approval is required first and then your people manager & partner.
How do I? lol
I was also on the bench for almost 3 months in the technology consulting area, got released from the last project in Dec after that till now on the bench. My people Manager called me and said there's no project also suggested to look outside. The same happened with my colleague.
I think it gets auto approved after 45 days of your resignation if not approved by Manager.
Bro ,for how many days they are telling you to serve notice period? Although the situation of project shortage is same for many colleagues including me.
Loop in HR with your resignation proof; the notice period policy still applies, but since you are on the bench, you can formally request early release with valid justification. If they have the provision, then it works.
