If you find that it helps you to have some structure, spend some time tonight as a prep session. Get your clothes for tomorrow all laid out. And go over any notes you may have made. It might also help to write out some notes for yourself, maybe questions to ask the interviewer, or major points you want to be sure to include. And make sure to get a good night's sleep. During the interview, just pace yourself so you don't seem too nervous or excited. Be confident, you've got this!
Agree with prep and notes to help mitigate against going off track and making recall of common situations easier.
I think having notes is a great way to go. Bullet point the most important things you want to cover, and if you feel yourself veering from the course, take a glance at your notes (if it's a virtual interview). Having a clear idea for yourself what strengths you want to highlight before the interview starts can help you to stay on topic
Think about three projects that you worked on. Bullet a personal challenge you had to overcome and were eventually successful
Bullet the problem, your resources and your problem solving approach.
Keep these notes handy for the interview and you can pull from this to answer a variety of questions.
