How soon do most companies let you know if you're not proceeding to the next round of interviews? Do they let you know within the day, a day after, or a week usually?

What are your thoughts about putting an explanation for the current gap (as in, I haven’t been working for several months) on your resume, LinkedIn profile or cover letter? If you think it should be included in one of these places, how would you do it?

They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

Companies especially startups expect you to not keep interviewing when you accept a job offer. “It can deteroriate your brand.”

But companies would replace you in a heartbeat for almost any reason. Including interviewing a candidate who will replace you (you will be fired as soon as they find a person).

We’ve had org issues - no clear role descriptions or expectations. Yes I do have a hard time staying engaged (and I’m medicated - Vyvance in the am, dextroamphetamine at noon). Thoughts?

What are your tricks for getting started at the beginning of the work day once you’re on site? I have the hardest time getting my brain engaged to begin working, often wasting huge chunks of time.

Another foot-in-my-mouth situation where what I said was misinterpreted but still shouldn’t have said in the first place. My lack of filter, especially after a few drinks, is constantly getting me in trouble. How many of you are struggling with not having your mouth lead your brain?

Anyone else have a need to exercise daily? Hey there! I am currently taking Adderall and thinking about switching to Vyvanse. Those of you that have taken Vyvanse, did it affect your sleep or caused weight loss?

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
