He’s been a private tutor for the last seven years (5 years at a tutoring agency and 2 years running his own business) and he currently manages upwards of 50 clients at a time in person/online. He also spent the past year doing pro bono work for an education nonprofit to help transform their tutoring services. He’s also considering going back to school for his MBA. Any advice on how he can break into the field?

Time to declutter! Getting rid of stuff you don't need is proven to help reduce anxiety. Where do you start? Grab a box or trash sack and designate one for donation and one for trash. Do this at the beginning of the week and commit to filling both up by the end of the week. Post a before and after pick. This challenge is worth 5 points total.

So, I started watching “Limitless” with Chris Hemsworth. Apparently, he found out he carries both genes for dementia which puts him at a higher risk. So the series is about him changing things in his life for longevity. The third episode is about fasting and he fasts for 4 days until the day he has to hunt for his food. Does anyone in healthcare have thoughts on this type of fasting? I know it is done in some cultures and religions, but to what extent?
