Just a rant here. I survived the layoffs but having very low morale since. Zero motivation to work anymore for this company, worked so hard the entire last year just to be in this uncertain environment now. Not gonna go above and beyond anymore. Started preparing for interviews and counting days to March end so I can put my resignation.

Thinking about adding another person but unsure that we need an additional full time staff person. Recently heard an employee per every 350-400k of GDC (advisors included) was a good guideline.

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
