Just bought a second monitor so i could work from home. You think i can get that reimbursed?

Finally getting a chance to put together a home office space. Looking for tips, photos, ideas. I have two monitors and a laptop so my do a three screen set-up. Debating about getting a standing desk or putting money in a super comfy leather chair. Open to hearing what you have done!

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? First time visiting this city so it’d be great to take in some sights too (although that’s not a priority of course).

I was complaining about wfh initially since it was right in the middle of busy season. But now since things have slowed down and I'm working 40 hour weeks, I don't want to go back 😫

I have a deadline to respond to a Motion for SMJ in 1 1/2 weeks. I just found out that my grandparents who I haven’t seen since the start of the pandemic will visit this week. I really don’t want to tell the Court that I am seeking an extension for personal reason, what would be a good reason to provide? This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
