Just got an offer from Accenture applied intelligence as L9 Consultant in San Francisco Base salary $125k + $15k sign on bonus. Currently making $105k. 3YOE. What do y'all think of think? Is this a good offer?

What package can we expect for Salesforce Senior Solution Architect with 14+ years of experience in India?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

Hi, I have been recently put into API automation and I dont understand a single line of code in it, even the framework is kind of their own , not common like rest assured or anything, I dont want to do it since I think will probably not able to automate anything in it. I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?
