Too low for NYC, you should counter with 190k.

Why does Deloitte push out high performing Cs (top right) for new hires who don’t understand the culture by not paying enough? Surely, instead of hiring and paying 110+ they can just pay current employees more than 82K. Stupid.

110k for a C is reasonable especially for your YOE agreed with others maybe push for higher sign on - 10-15k and let them counter back

Yeah that's well above what most are making as a C so maybe just try to counter a 10 or 12k signing bonus but I wouldn't push hard with that base
