I did the salary with that thought in mind but promotion schedule is a good one.

Are there any conferences you’re interested in? Everything is virtual (I hope) right now and I assume tickets are cheaper than normal. Probably wouldn’t be too much for them to throw that in your package.

As a general approach, Frame compensation discussions to the company in ways that it benefits them. Make the case for any (or all) of the following, or any that you find missing that you can reasonably argue helps the company profit:
Equity is compensation for growing the business, with incentives aligned between the company and the individual (both want increased share price)
Performance bonus is a nice perk, since it details exactly how the company believes you’ll add value, and you it becomes in your interest to meet and exceed that.
Extra vacation time helps you recharge and reset for better productivity.
A budget for conferences, for professional development and networking, benefiting both the company and yourself with up to date industry trends and connections.
Tuition reimbursement, to level up the theoretical knowledge of the business, which is rare to gain in a typically fully applied (business) setting, outside of industrial research departments. And if it leads to a graduate degree, the occasion allows executives to more easily promote you, to avoid your attrition, and charge more for your service to clients.
An annual education budget to cover classes, courses, licenses, and conferences... as well as travel to and from if and when needed.
Your soul
Compensation for excessive overtime and weekends. You know they're coming, might as well let them know that you're not interested in giving them away for free.
