At Amazon, what is the difference between a Program Manager and Technical Program Manager? It looks like the Technical one gets paid about 25% more but not sure what roles/responsibilities they do differently. Amazon

I think you can look at it from both sides. Only you know how management looks at you. I would grab the bull by the horns but not overestimate myself at the same time.
Depends on the nature of the people you work with. If they have been taking advantage of people working for them then there is an 85% chance that you are just being used. If it will be for a short period of time like 2-3 week without additional compensation, then its fine. But if longer than that? That's too much.
Recommend you “manage up” for prioritization. Recommend you put your todo list in a spreadsheet or Gantt chart (better for dependencies/due date visualizations) and assign a quadrant of the Eisenhower Matix to it. Asana has a good explanation https://asana.com/resources/eisenhower-matrix. Send it to your manager prior to meeting to confirm prioritization.
It’ll be clear that 1) something’s gotta take a back seat and 2) your manager made the decisions. Let your manager know you are going to share your discussion w your x-f team leads and talk with them about moving out dates, that you’ll circle back. My hunch is x-f leads will want to reprioritize. When you go back to your manager, let them know you need them to elevate and help you get clarity.
Oh — and if it comes back that nothing can take a back seat, then you are in the position to 1) push back re work-life balance (which seldom turn out well IMHO) or 2) agree to put in the extra time for compensation (which now will seem reasonable, loyal, dedicated as well as less like complaining). If the answer is “buck up buttercup,” then start looking for another job but do the work to preserve your references.
