If you don't have other credit cards or loans you can't be picky. Look through your mail and see if you have any pre approvals. Discover and chase freedom have pretty high approval rates for people with no credit.

No way in hell OP gets CSR with no credit history

like

Sapphire - Chase

like

Nerd wallet has good suggestions.

Depending on your income level:

-Capital One quicksilver
-Citi Doublecash
-Chase Freedom Unlimited

Again I'd first leverage /r/churning or nerdwallet as they have more info

Amex Black Card. Just charge it

There is no way someone with no credit will get approved for sapphire - the require an excellent credit school. You can look on consumer reports they compare the cards and what credit score the companies look for.

Southwest Chase card is my favorite. After doing math usually come away with 1.5% return.

like

Waiting until you graduate means you will be looking at card with absolutely nothing back. I got my first student card when I was 18. Look at Capital One as they are the Sprint of CCs or go get a secured card to build your credit.

like

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!! Ultimately went with chase freedom. It was down to that one and the discover it card

like

Discover was the one I got out of school but now I use chase

They require an excellent credit score*

Discover is the the one that I would recommend, I can refer you! Reach me at niuniugp@gmail.com

Amex platinum

Need to know

My bf had no credit history and couldn't get approved for Citi double cash. He did get approved for Amex blue cash everyday which is pretty good

Valuepenguin.com has a great comparison in an easy to navigate formay

CSR but hurry up because the sign on bonus is being dropped down to half

Discover it. It's a great intro xard

Tax Senior Manager and Bowl Creator have thrown out WPF, SVOK, and AVAN recently. With these all barely above $10 (and SVOK actually temporarily below), what’s the downside to investing in these? Am I missing something? Don’t they offer you the opportunity to sell back the shares at $10 around the merge date? So max loss would be $0.12 per share on WPF (at current pricing) and $0.19 per share on AVAN?

Looking for referrals for a Technical Sales Executive position that is Remote (USA), possibly in the industrial sector. Last year I made $109k at AT&T so I'm hoping to at least stay in the same ball park but want a change. I have lots of experience selling IT/telecom, but I also have a Mechanical Engineering background so I'm a good fit for a wide range of technical sales. I have been thinking a role in the industrial sector with a longer sales cycle may be a good fit, can travel up to 25%
