Got a call the next day saying that my drinks were not rang in and was informed that since they were not paid for I was being terminated along with my friend who did not ring in the drinks. Never had an issue til I came back from maternity leave and a particular manager was writing me up for any and everything. I worked there for almost 3 years.

Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)
