Just received an offer from Kearney! feeling excited but also a bit reflective.

I’ve spent ~5 years in industry (internal strategy role), so the transition into consulting is something I’m taking seriously (tbh it does make me very nervous).

Would love to hear from current or former Kearney folks: what’s the real day-to-day like? what surprised you most after joining? any practical advice for someone coming from industry to hit the ground running?

What are peoples opinions of EY FAAS group? How’s the work? How’s the pay? How the WLB? Interviewing for a Senior position.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

So my fiancé and I are having a microwedding in Rocky Mountain National Park next year, and we’re working with an elopement planner.
She sent over a sample ceremony (intro, sweet poems + passages to be read, and example vows), and we read through it last night. I was reading it out loud while my fiancé made dinner, and it just hit me that this is really happening.
