It’s not a stipend, it’s a capped reimbursement each month. Option 1 - It’s $45 per month, or $65 if you have an equipment lease for the phone as part of your bill. That’s if you use your personal phone. Option 2 - You can also opt to get an entirely separate phone from the firm if you choose, but you’ll carry 2 phones and no credit toward your existing bill. Most people use their personal phone (it’s compartmentalized and personal data is not shared to the KPMG apps) - this is referred to as the BYOD bring your own device program. Search Policy Center from intranet, and then on that page look for domestic phone reimbursement to get exact details. The way it works is you download your phone bill each month, attach it (only first page required), and request either the $45 or $65 as noted above. ALSO NOTE - no matter which you choose to do, we also get discount at most carriers for working at KPMG. You usually have to call and ask for the corporate discount to be applied, but for Verizon you can validate it in about 2 min from Verizon account page by sending a confirmation through their system to your work email and it validates by checking the domain.
If you get a separate phone yes they pay for it! Verizon discount you can verify through your work email. It’s not too hard to find on the website.
Yes to phone/phone bill. You get a stipend and can submit up to that in concur based on your level and title. Monitor yes, order through purchasing. Instructions are on the Covid portal
I received two monitors when I started a few months ago. It said tax people get two monitors.
I have additional monitors, so i submitted a ticket. Coupa is sending me a docking station that allows me to connect to 3+ monitors.

For monitors, you request them through Coupa (new purchasing system nobody knows how to use well yet), and then it will route to your PML for approval. They’ll send it directly to your house.
Phone is only reimbursed for senior associates and up only (for audit)
