I have received a offer from Cerner for Technical solutions Analyst role. It's a support role on SQL and work timing is 5pm to 2 am. I was checking the reviews on Glassdoor and ambition box and i have read alot of bad reviews on management and dirty politics. For me, I just try to include as many references as I can along with art direction when I have the same issue.
If they are reporting to you then you must be a designer/art Director with great design skills as well as art direction skills so you can give detailed and specific design feedback. Don’t just say “I don’t like it” or “it’s not working”. Print it out and sit down with them and nicely show what is wrong with it. Same way teachers teach in schools and good CDs help their teams get better
Hire new designers?
Bloody copywriters.
Teach with every change you make. Explain why you’re doing something. Tell them Why you’re fixing it.

Direct them better. Some designers need more handholding than others. But do not fall into the trap of micromanaging. Always expect the execution to vary from what you had in your head.
