Kind of disheartened. Have 5 years of IT experience (with a quick promotion at my previous job) but now I'm "too qualified" for an entry level job, but "not experienced enough" for a senior position (funnily enough my previous role).

I honestly don't know what to do because it was completely beaten down and giving up.

Just noting that it's mostly technician work my professional experience is in. Overall, I've been working as a techy for 15 years when I started when I was 16.

Don't give up, keep applying! The field of IT offers a wide range of job opportunities. Consider collaborating with a friend to review your resume together. Restructuring your resume could help align it more effectively with the specific jobs you're interested in.

Try applying for the ones that you “aren’t qualified enough” for. YOE is a bad proxy for role success since you might have less YOE but are really great at the role.

Also, network. Easiest way to get past poorly-programmed resume platforms that will auto-reject you because you don’t meet the criteria.

Hi fishes, I need some guidance.

I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system. I am wondering what doors/opportunities I have if I were to utilize my masters degree?

Hi team, I have cleared 2 round of technical interviews at PPD, a part of TS. HR round is scheduled for Tuesday (09/20/2022)

My total experience is approx. 8 years.
My domain is ServiceNow development for which my relevant experience is 6.8 years.

Based on my experience, if some one can let me know:
1. Which designation should I be hired?
2. Annual package (excluding pf, gf, medical insurance, yearly bonus, etc)?
3. Usual shift time and working hours?
4. How many leaves they provide per year?
