KPMG, how long does it take from final interview to offer/decision?

Who hires junior strategists? Where should I start looking? I’m loving my planning internship right now, but I want to apply elsewhere in case I don’t get an offer, but I’m not seeing anything open.

Done with final interview round of BCG for lateral placements and the HR has asked for a call for communicating final result. Generally they do this for communicating yes or no? Super anxious!

Has LinkedIn apply helped anyone to land an interview etc.? If not what according to you are some of the best ways to land a job in your company of choice or bette yet what has worked for you?

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise. I know he was the provider of the household and his wife didn't have a job since she was raising three young ones. Needless to say, I had to take off because I felt terrible, sick to my stomach. I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. What are the simple things making you happy right now?

I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? I initially took the loan to add to my home equity when I sell my house for a new house then covid hit.
