What makes more money IT Audit or IT GRC?
Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

I worked for both.. I prefer EY hands down
Why
Pretty sure it depends on the market/office and line of service
Not fully aware of KPMG though I keep hearing culture is not super favorable. Been at EY for close to a year. Absolutely fantastic. Did not expect anything terrible but surely didn’t expect such a welcoming environment. All levels I dealt with so far have been welcoming, genuine, and actually cared about my well-being at the company. Senior managers and partners are genuinely worried about us not overworking ourselves for nothing. Stress and pressure is there when required and needed but fully legitimized by the ask of the projects at time. Heard people’s negative experiences in other offices and teams but luckily enough, did not have to deal with any of this so far.
Consulting in NYC btw:) hope that helps
EY definitely has a better culture, KPMG culture is pretty blah from what I've heard
