Wondering what your Salary and Bonus (TTC) is and what Tier/ Level and location are you in.

I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.

Is it wise for me to remain open to a promotion just for increased pay? Or should I be transparent with management about my goals (& possibly not get the pay I’m asking for)? Or any other tips?

Looking to transition into an HR leadership position. 17+ years experience in running a startup managing 50-100 people (15 years) and handled all facets of hiring, firing, compensation, negotiation, training and employee relations. Working remotely for a tech co and still can't get over how much more time I get to spend with my kids. To be honest, this alone is worth so much more than money can buy. Trying to decide between an offer at Deloitte and a counter-offer at Booz. Deloitte has the name recognition and better benefits but I have a really supportive team at Booz and good work-life balance. Any insight is appreciated!
