LA people: wfh makes me not want to live in DTLA. It’s too loud and dirty and urban for me. I’ve also had the worst luck with neighbors even if my building is so called luxury. Bass hammering and loud parties on a neighboring balcony and weed coming into my place 24/7. Where can a quiet & chilled couple find a nice neighborhood in LA with apartment complexes that are not frat houses? Recommendations and tips are highly appreciated!

Questions about job hopping-
My average tenure at a company is ~1.5 years (with ~11 YOE), but each jump I've made has yielded progressive/tangible career growth.

I'm concerned after my most recent jump (went from a product director to a head of product position at a different, smaller company after only a year) that I've kind of poisoned future career prospects at larger companies.

I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. How do digital nomads work from anywhere? After two years of this whole WFH thing, I realize that I need a proper routine, an actual WFH setup with a second monitor, a ring light, a suitable desk, an ergonomic chair, stationery, etc.
