Ladies at Salesforce : Do I have to work at SF for at least an year to avail their Maternity leave?

I just finished my final interview with SF and things are looking good. But I also just found out that I am pregnant (very excited about this)

But now I’m really confused. If I get a great offer from SF, should I switch or stick to Deloitte.

Also, SF maternity benefits > Deloitte’s.

What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
