Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

If it’s what you want to do, go for it. I’m planning on leaving next year and understand I’ll have to take a hit to comp but expect a better lifestyle.
My older brother took a pre-MBA role after banking (which he did post-MBA). While he did take a big pay cut he now works 40hrs making $300k doing basically what you want to do.
Yeah you’ll have to take a comp hit but as IBA1 said your wlb will dramatically improve.
I’d try to avoid taking a title cut but take a look at the team and see if that’s common for new joiners
Also, not sure if you’re like me post mba in my early 30s but if you’re and A to A promote you’re probably much younger. You can step back a year in title and be ok.
Yes I am an A to A promote and have been thinking stepping back now is easier
