Ppl say this dumb sh$t because it's what they want others to think of them, nothing more, nothing less. They can't actually perform at any extra-ordinary level, but they spout this out like some kind of Stuart Smalley self affirmation into the LinkedIn mirror.

He meant to text this to someone who thinks "he does a lot now", and he accidentally posted his text on LinkedIn.

There is no other explanation I'll accept

No, I refuse to see the hashtags.

Otherwise I'll have to close my LinkedIn account so I'll not be in the same platform with crazy people.

This was meant to be a text 😊

Hi everyone!
I work as a paralegal in the Bay Area. I’ve only ever worked in biglaw, but am considering switching to in-house. I was wondering if anyone here has worked in both and can share some insight into the pros and cons of each. Thanks!

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

How much of a pay cut are you willing to take to (hopefully) re-find purpose in your job?

My Context: work in tech, company has HQ in the Bay but I live in Canada. Single, no kids, 1 mortgage, no debts.

TC: ~200k USD (60% base / 40% equity). I put very low effort, completely disengaged and unmotivated, with anxiety building up. Don’t like the company, but very few companies can match where I live

I’m being offered ~110k to work more, better title, fun project and company
