Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
