The CA voluntary bar associations are pretty active and a good networking opportunity. Look for in-house sections and connect with folks!

Continued….. other than LinkedIn, where do I look for in-house positions? I am in Southern California region. Since I don’t have CA license, I only quality for in-house jobs. I have applied to a lot and I am starting to lose hope.
I worked for a health group that had multiple primary care/urgent care centers and hospitals. I worked on a wide range of healthcare transactional matters, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
I still have a great relationship with my previous general counsel who is willing to provide a recommendation.
If anyone has any leads on where to look for in-house jobs, I would really appreciate it.

If you speak any other language than English, I would suggest looking into Immigration law jobs. You don't need a CA license to practice immigration. Also, you don't need CA license for fed jobs. Theres a ton of fed arty jobs in Southern CA. The main districts are Central and South if you are looking at AUSAs. I apologize if you already know this.
