Looking for folks with CPG/consumer/retail exp. - A&M launched our consumer and retail practice ~3 years ago & growing extremely rapidly. I’ve found significantly improved WLB ( avg. ~ 50/wk), startup culture, market leading comp. & truly fun folks to be around.

EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

Most of us ex-McK/BCG/Kearney who wanted to build something special- carrying over elements we loved from our previous firms & getting rid of low-impact churn and those all-too-common 80hr work weeks.
Significant appetite for those with operating experience as well.
Couldn’t echo what Chris has said more! I’ve always enjoyed great WLB on the team. I think one of the other great aspects is that I have not sacrificed challenging work or personal development in the process. Chris is an amazing coworker and great resource for anyone interested in the team - definitely hit him up for more details!
I’ve worked with CC before. He’s great.

Thanks, Christopher, for sharing this with the bowl. I left consulting about a year ago because of the consistent long hours, but I do miss the challenge and impact in the COG space.
My recollection from MBA recruiting is that A&M has good total comp, but a significant component is variable. Would you be able to share the expected base salary? I'm wondering if it's prohibitively low for the lifestyle creep I've allowed over the last couple years. COVID made me do it👀
Base similar to T1 strat shops. VC has big upside. Happy to delve into details in DMs!
I hesitated to make weeknight plans with friends/family in my prior experience in strategy consulting.
Much easier to do here. Regularly getting in my workouts, date nights with S/O etc. It’s still client services and excellent delivery is paramount so I can’t make everything work every time, but it’s culturally normal here to prioritize personal events in addition to awesome work.
I am on the A&M PEPI team and have worked with a few of the CRG folks - great group of people and definitely respect their work products! Good stuff.
Highly recommend this position, both working with Chris and the Consumer & Retaik group. Lots of talented individuals that have taken their lessons-learned from previous experiences and have formed a really great team. A really good opportunity on the table here.
Just sent you an invite on LI!
As someone who works with both Chris and in CRG, I completely agree with everything in this post. I have a better WLB than a lot of my other friends in consulting and genuinely enjoy the people I work with, while feeling challenged. A great group with good growth potential

Very helpful. Happen to know if your TMT practice is staffing up?
I’m sure- most areas seeing tremendous growth. Message me and can get you in touch with those guys.
One of my A&M buddies told me how CPG brought in a buncha new McK people a few years ago to lead the group who had a bias for their own people and made a toxic culture resulting in their SO being let go.
I might be misremembering and it was earlier than a few years ago. Think their SO was let go either this or last year. Can't remember, the chat was a few months ago. All I remember was being shocked that such a situation was allowed to occur and that there was a semi hostile McK takeover
Edit just checked and you're not a 2nd degree connection so you prob don't know this person
