What do you usually answer to the question "Why are you looking for a job switch?" when you are actually moving between similar roles/firms?

For instance, from one of the Big4s to another, or between a Big4 firm to Accenture/Infosys etc.

Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?

People who have cheated in their previous relationships, how did you come to realize the reason behind your behavior? Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
