That’s their income… but that won’t be enough. $2M to get into the park cities
My 3000sq ft home in the Lewisville area is approximately $500K market, bought 10 years ago at $220k. The home is about 20 years old and reflective of neighbor homes in terms of style and condition. For new builds you’ll need to look further out of the main Dallaa area, closer to Prosper but they are really nice if you are ok with being a little furthet

Good luck 🦄
As the lone Tarrant County representative:
Walsh Ranch/Aledo just west of Fort Worth, or Benbrook/somewhere down Chisholm Trail SW of FW, or Westworth Village, and commute to Cook Children’s?
I’m a licensed realtor in DFW! Let me know if i can help.
Ah, bummer! If you need any help with finding a home when you are back on the market let me know!
Park cities or Lakewood.
Plano is reasonable again and a straight shot to DFW. You also happen to have numerous childrens hospitals in the DFW metropolex, Plano has a large childrens hospital campus. The building is big, it’s not just for large children. Most of the schools are highly rated too. Lewisville ISD had amazing elementary/middle. I can’t comment on high school until my kids are old enough.
Coppel should be on this list..
It’s not Dallas, but Keller fits this. The 35W and 170 area. It’s got a lot of cooks children care around, it’s near DFW without being right next to it. It has easy highway access to Dallas and Fort Worth. The schools are excellent and the houses are cheaper than most of the Dallas suburbs.
Las Colinas with Coppell (#1) school district, close to Medical center and also UTSW
All incredibly helpful! Thank you!
Frisco near Tollway or 121
30 minutes from DFW and DAL
Should be able to get into university park at that hhi
In a condo?
Northwood Hills! Homes are ~1M to 1.5M. Big yards, 24/7 security, no mandatory HOA with Richardson schools. Close to 635 and 75. There’s a pretty large contingency of consultants with families in the neighborhood so you never need to go far for a drinking buddy.
