I started a job in May of this year. I’m in need of a major surgery that will take me out of work for 2-4 weeks. Every week I wait the pain and situation gets worse, however I’m not comfortable taking time off when I just getting started. My question: how many months should I work before request off? I have worked with sustainability reporting, strategy, climate change, renewable energy procurement, and energy management.
