I'm currently in Tech Sales. However, I want to work with FAANG; it's literally my greatest dream. I have a UX Design Cert from General Assembly that I earned last year.
After months of applications and rejections, I left and got into tech sales because I knew I'd easily get a job and bills had to be paid.
I think I failed to get jobs because of a lack of visual design skills (my specialties were in project management and user research), and weak portfolio. What should I do?

1) yes I believe that’s right — one year at a time and the upper limit will be determined by your school
2) that rate seems high. Isn’t the federal fixed rate around 4%? Why not consider variable rate given how low rates are right now?
3) I don’t know what difference it makes but my variable rate was very close to 1% last year with a co-signer
