Made the mistake of deeding two houses into my llc (no mortgages) and now I can't take personal mortgages our on them and have to take commercial mortgages. Is it worth deeding it back to myself, originating the personal mortgages, and then deeding back to LLC or just settle for commercial mortgage?

I have the income for the personal mortgages such that I'm not concerned about qualifying for them.

I’m 25 and I have this itch to move to a completely new city. I love my city and just bought a house there but I just have this weird feeling I should be somewhere else. I’ve lived in my city for my whole life except for college (which was only 3 hours away). It seems weird and random to up and leave especially after just buying a house.
