Hi fishes,
Any guess how many people are laid off from Publicis sapient in past few days? Really scared for my future as I'm also under probation period and deeply regret for my choice of joining this firm...I don't understand why were they recruiting peeps when they were short of projects. Publicis Sapient

You’d have to do something incredibly stupid to not stay on track
Idk about PWC but 95% of analysts at Deloitte are campus hires; also experienced hire analysts still have a ton of leeway. Have not seen a single analyst counseled out or laid off who wasn’t completely terrible at their job (very few people go off track during those first 2 years).

Just check in with your lead if you've got downtime and do a periodic check in (a couple of times a day, or once a day, or every few days, or whatever interval the lead thinks is good) to make sure you're prioritizing properly/not spinning your wheels/that whatever you're doing is up to acceptable standards.
Do that and you'll be golden. That'll help whether you're making a deck, writing code, creating a dashboard or anything else.
Just exist as an analyst and you’ll be fine
