Market salary check! I'm a 2020 grad with 3 years at V10 and currently in-house in a B2B SaaS commercial role. I'm currently at $200k base with 10-15% bonus and ~$25-40k per year of black box equity (company is private). My role is fully remote and honestly I only work like 15 hours a week on average but feel like I'm being massively underpaid. Is it dumb to move on from this gig?

Not dumb. Move and let me know what company it is.

likefunny

No not underpaid. This sounds about right for fully remote commercial SaaS tbh.

like

looks good, you are fairly junior. the real q, how do you only work 15 hrs a week.. seems fishy that a company turns over very little work for its commercial counsel to review yet pays them 200k. recipe for layoff

Thanks all for the perspective, I think I'm going to stick around LOL!

Good comp especially for how chill it is. Wouldn’t move at this point unless you find a better brand name company to work for or you’re capping out at advancement opportunities in current role

It sounds like you are overpaid if you only work 15 hours a week. So yes, it would be dumb to quit.

either a gross exaggeration, or a layoff risk
