I met a girl 2 months into my 6month exchange in NYC. I enjoyed her company and we had fun together. She is really busy (IB) but we made time for each other. so it was late night and weekend hangout. When i was leaving to my home country in UK, we said we would try to make it work. Now that i am home, it has become difficult. We recently sleep trained our 7 month son. He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day. We both love that he is getting enough sleep and well rested on one hand. On the other hand, we are now wondering if he is sleeping way too much.. contd…
