May be a very un usual question. How do you guys leave your aging parents and go onsite ? I have always wanted to go onsite now when I have an offer in my hand, I am feeling very selfish in leaving my parents and go onsite.
Even though my parents live in north and I live in BLR, I feel still I am call away but going onsite is giving me a guilt feeling .

Please be generous and don’t make fun pls , I am 32 single male child .

We give 16 weeks paid for “primary caregivers “ and 6 weeks for “secondary “ caregivers. I want to advocate for everyone to get at least 12 weeks.

I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? Is the opportunity with BCG really so far beyond what I have already with S&? Is dropping a better look than interviewing and doing terribly?

Company considers the woman a riskier bet due to possibility she’ll take maternity leave — and considers the man less risky for his ineligibility to take as much leave. 🤷

How onsite opportunity thorugh IJP work in CitiCorp

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
